About me and my practice
I have worked as a therapist and psychologist for 25 years in industries such as Professional Therapy Services, Social Care; Families, Education and Youth Services nationally and internationally. I have specialised in Careers and Employment as a motivational, personal, careers and wellness coach for 15 years, and recently as a Nutritional and Skin Care Therapist.
My hours of operation are weekly from Mondays to Thursdays. At other times I may be giving presentations, in meetings or working in my practice. Don't worry if there is a bit of a delay. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

When I Work
I work both online and face-to-face except for when I am off on holidays:-.
I also offer emergency appointments including weekends.
Mon to Thu 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm @ 45 min per session.
